DCS 70% Off on Steam Today!

Today’s daily deal on Steam is the entire DCS catalog that Steam offers 70% off. That means that for the next 24 hours, you can get a 95% accurate A-10C Warthog, UH-1H Huey, KA-50 Black Shark, P-51D Mustang, as well as an A-10A, SU-25, and the ability to command the ground vehicles like tanks, for the low price of $64. When the regular modules cost about $40, this is a deal of some incredible savings, and if there are any planes or modules you don’t want, you can just buy the few you do.

All of the products are treated as DLC for the free base game, DCS: World. World comes with its own lower fidelity SU-25T Frogfoot for you to try out before you invest any money, but considering that the DCS series is one of the very few modern air combat simulations on the market, and that it’s so incredibly highly polished and detailed, it’s easy to say it’s worth the value.

As a personal recommendation, even though all the modules are fun in their own right, if you get just one I would recommend the A-10C hands down.

If you’re interested in modern air combat, check out the savings here. A joystick is almost required of most modules, and a fancy TrackIR would be of immeasurable help to anyone looking to become a hardcore simulation pilot.
